We’ll accept exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
If you wish to exchange your item, we must receive your request within 07 days of the date you received your item.
Items bought on sale will not exchange.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +92-311-1444-920 within 07 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Return Shipping Charges
After reviewing your request, if the goods delivered are not as per the order placed we will get it picked from your doorstep and you will not be charged shipping for that order and the order will be replaced as per original intended order.
In case the customer is not satisfied with the order received, Ochre will issue a credit note to you on complaint which can be used within 30 days to make purchases online.
